FUN, DOWN TO EARTH, AND RELAXED WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

I’m Stevie, a fun and down to earth documentary wedding photographer based in Yorkshire. I’ve been photographing non-traditional weddings full time for 4 years now and shot my very first wedding back in 2011! I well and truly love my job, so much so, that the majority of time it doesn’t feel like work at all! I’m happy travelling round the country and even popping over to Europe – no place is too far!

It’s extremely common for wedding guests to assume I’m a friend of the couples – which I think is bloody amazing! I love building great relationships with my couples before their wedding day as it helps to get those relaxed, natural shots that we’re all after. Plus, who doesn’t want more friends?!

Specialising in intimate weddings and elopements, I absolutely adore adventurous, outdoorsy, unconventional weddings. I get super excited by cute rustic barns, fun festival weddings, photo bombing animals (ALPACA WEDDING!!) and pizza trucks! Honestly, I’m worse than a kid in a sweet shop!

I’m thrilled to have my work featured on some of the top UK wedding blogs, including Rock My Wedding, Rock N Roll Bride, Festival Brides, Boho Weddings and Whimsical Wonderland Weddings. I’ve also been lucky enough to have a 3 page spread in Your Yorkshire Wedding magazine for the Botanical¬†Inspiration Shoot.

SO, A BIT ABOUT ME

I live with my fella, Alex and my beautiful cats, Jeff and Georgia. Jeff’s a 6.5kg whingey floof and Georgia’s a crazy little squirrel/lemur hybrid that gets a case of the zoomies FOUR TIMES A DAY

I’m obsessed with my plant babies and want to live in a jungle house. I’m fighting a losing battle with the cats..

My 2020 wanderlist includes Chernobyl (because why the fuck not?), Copenhagen (because I’ve never been) and Ibiza (because sun)

We’re both ALMOST 100% vegan (sometimes the restaurants win). We’re totally in it for the animals and completely against animal cruelty. If I see a moth drowning in a puddle.. I’ll try and save it..

I’m at my happiest when I’m dancing through fields to house music. Think flower crown, sunshine and a floaty kimono..

If there is an animal nearby, there’s an extremely high chance I’m either talking to it or petting it..

We’ve jumped knee deep into eco awareness this year and have made so many changes to our plastic consumption and waste in general. Toothbrushes make great little car scrubbers just fyi..

My life is pretty much ruled by a to-do list. Stationery is fucking awesome.
