I’m Stevie! A fun and laid back intimate wedding and elopement photographer based in Yorkshire!

I genuinely love my job and making connections with like minded, awesome people. I have been photographing weddings and elopements throughout Yorkshire, the UK and internationally for six years now – full time for over 3 years. On a lot of occasions now, guests have assumed I’m an old friend of the couples – which is bloody amazing!

Specialising in intimate weddings and elopements, I absolutely adore adventurous, outdoorsy, non-traditional weddings. I am always on the hunt for the rugged wilderness, tall dark trees, beautiful sandy coastlines and epic landscapes. I get excited by cute rustic barns, fun festival weddings, photobombing animals and pizza trucks. I honestly believe I have one of the best jobs in the world as I get to create and help people relive awesome memories! I’ve got to say, I’m getting pretty good at fastening dress buttons one handed!

Being a wedding photographer means I get to travel all over the place and please the travel addict in me! From home in Yorkshire to the Lake District and Scotland to the coast of Spain – no place is too far! I’m always up for a good laugh and easy to get along with, so pop me a message – I’d love to hear from you and start this adventure!

I have an unhealthy relationship with dyeing my hair! I’ve tried every colour under the sun, apart from green! I genuinely believe I have HOD – holiday obsession disorder. When I’m not on holiday, I need to be on holiday – I just want to travel the world! I’m currently in the process of turning my office into a jungle. I need all the foliage. All of it. (For more on this, check out my insta stories!). I seem to have accumulated a collection of Pusheen and have more cute notebooks than I know what to do with! But I will always need one more…

I live with my fella, Alex and my gorgeous furbabies, Jeff (the cat) and Georgia (the feral kitten). “Home” is Huddersfield, but I spend more time out of the house than in it! I turned vegetarian 13 years ago and now I’m considering veganism! I’m very much against animal cruelty and will always help an animal out when I can. I never had dreams of becoming a wedding photographer when I was younger, but I’m super grateful it’s happened! I get to call this “work!”

In no particular order, I love cats, coffee, travelling, leafy plants, bright colours, sunshine, house music, strolls on the beach, festivals, petting animals, fairy lights and stand up comedy!
